Vintage Ironstone Footed Serving Dish

• Found at a flea market in Avignon, France
• Footed compote bowl, ironstone with a black rose and vine border and blue transferware accent, marked "Sarreguemines" on the underside
• It is vintage so it does show signs of use and wear consistent with age

What we love about it:
A lovely way to bring a little French farmhouse charm to the table. Pile it high with shallots, garlic, and onions like a classic French kitchen still life, or use it to serve fruit. The pedestal base gives it a bit of presence on a counter or sideboard even when it's not in use.
